The ability to work together during all phases of a project to identify practical, relevant, and collaborative solutions will optimize business development and growth for you and your clients, driving long-term loyalty, retention, and sustainability within the business.

Running the gamut from business development, marketing, bid interview, design, construction, and post-engagement phases, this session will provide insights and skill development to effectively optimize opportunities through all steps of client projects – resulting in securing more business and giving your company a clear competitive advantage.
