Respectful Workplace Training: Understanding and Preventing Harassment
November 16, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Interpersonal conflicts at work happen and are unavoidable; however, sometimes conflict brings change. With anti-harassment and discrimination training, we can build a positive and healthy workplace that allows our staff to feel safe and happy at work, regardless of their age, race, gender, beliefs, or any other characteristic. In doing so, we can unlock long-lasting potential and create an environment that forms a foundation for your business success.
We hope someday we will be able to say, “Discrimination is in the past.” Let’s work together to make that a true statement.
What can you do? Come hang out with Jess Hickey on November 16th for our last in-person get together! SDA Seattle chapter was awarded “Best in Class” for her four-part program in 2022 (“Stories They Never Told You About Business*) examining the practical and tactical activities and approaches to running a business and getting ahead. She will continue her work with SDA to share her years of work to teach us ways to combat ageism, learn about discrimination, sexual harassment, and suicide prevention.
This is an in-person event, with an Annual Chapter Meeting and Call for Audit Committee.
