Employee Termination Done Right – Doing the Job No One Wants to Do

April 20, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Virtual Event Virtual Event
$15.00

Terminating an employee is a job no one wants to do, but it’s important that if you do it, you do it well. When done incorrectly, terminations can become your worst nightmare.

While it seems like a transactional process, terminating employees is often fraught with emotion. It has negative impacts on the employee being let go, of course; it also impacts your hiring managers, team members, employee engagement, and overall morale. By investing proactively in your team, you can curb the negative impacts and, at the end of the day, you’re investing in the power of your people.

Tom Owens and Fraser Mendel from Mendel Owens help us get all our legal ducks in a row with tools and options to address poorly performing employees and to lawfully terminate if appropriate.

Date/Time: Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 12pm PST

Location: This program is being held online via Zoom

Cost to attend is $15. The program will be recorded and available to registrants afterwards. Attendees will earn one CEU (continuing education unit) / certificate of attendance. Purchase Tickets below; the Zoom link will be emailed automatically upon payment receipt (check your spam folder).
