Developing and Building Rapport

January 16, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Have you ever felt like you were struggling to connect with a coworker, a team, a client, or a loved one? In this program, you will learn how to listen for an individual’s representational system, how to match and mirror body language, and other tools to assist you in communicating with more harmony and intent. These tools can be used in your firm to develop teambuilding, create solid business development opportunities, help build more effective connections when networking, and assist you in developing deeper connections in your own personal relationships.

Jeannine Alexander, CPSM, has over 20 years of A/E/C industry experience. Her background in marketing and field experience gives her a unique perspective on meeting marketing challenges. As the Marketing Director for McMillen Jacobs Associates’ Underground Division, Jeannine leads the management of proposal development, communications, and marketing strategy. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, Certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner, and Certified Neurolinguistic Coach, and is a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching leadership and coaching program.

No-shows and cancellations after 12:00 PM (Pacific) on January 7 will not be refunded. If you live outside of the greater Seattle, Bellevue, or Tacoma metropolitan areas, we offer virtual attendance. Registration closes 12:00 PM (Pacific) on Jan. 16.
