In the 21st century, every business is a technology business. Which is why we have an the incredible Tony Lesirge & Kelly Paletta of EXP Technical to dive deeper on advancing technology to supercharge your firm. This discussion will focus on tactics that administrators and professionals can employ to make better use of technology and meet the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. We’ll discuss aligning technology with the organization’s mission, vision, and objectives, managing the IT budget, managing IT capabilities in the organization.

Meet the Presenters:
Tony Lesirge
As Managing Principal at EXP Technical, Tony is the chief technologist and defines company direction and strategy. He remains active as an IT consultant and advisor to several of the region’s most prominent AEC firms. In addition to 20+ years of valuable IT experience, Tony has a BA (Honors) Degree in Computing & Information Systems. He’s held leadership roles in IT consulting, cloud services delivery. Prior to joining EXP, he served as Director of IT at a national healthcare company. He’s also a Certified Scrum Master, which, surprisingly considering his British accent, has nothing to do with rugby.
Kelly Paletta
Kelly is director of sales and marketing at EXP Technical and the primary online instructor at the free technology training site, EXP Academy. In the past two decades Kelly has connected hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses across the Puget Sound Region to outsourced IT support. He holds a BS in Accounting from University of Arizona
