Meet the Presenter: Carol Bowser: mediator, facilitator, trainer and coach. She finds this work so much more meaningful and fun that practicing employment law. Loves conflict, but hates arguments.
She regularly speaks at Society for Human Resource Management meetings and in-house professional development seminars.
She began her mediation career in 1994 through training at the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution. She has mediated hundreds of cases with particular emphasis on employment matters and working relationships and trained others in mediation skills. From 2005-2009, She served as a mediator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her efforts to share the gospel of “Managing Conflict. Empowering People.” has gotten noticed. In 2018, She was named one of LinkedIn’s Top 30 Conflict Resolution Experts to Follow.
