Time Keeps on Ticking, Into the Future
January 19, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
This business practice event completes the 4th part of our Stories They Never Told You About Business* series.
If you’re constantly drained, distracted, and overstretched — you are not alone. Millions of smart, hard-working people have gotten sucked into a toxic and soul-crushing nightmare — constantly scrambling, scattered, and exhausted, but never seeming to get anything significant done. This session explores how busy people get s*** done and the reason for it. It’s all in how you think about time.
In this program, Jess Hickey will share her years of work, research, networking, and sheer trial-and-error to teach us how to think about time as a tool rather than a captor. She teaches how to take back control of your time, wealth, and life — while rejecting the “Time Stress Trap” most of the world is caught in. We are stoked to hang out with Jess again to helps us to put the strategies in place that are necessary for those wanting more spaciousness in their lives.
Read more about Jess in the bio below, and ask her about the story of 1029 (her business name). This presentation will be highly interactive. Bring your high focus and a thick notebook! We hope to see you there!
No-shows and cancelations after Jan. 12 will not be refunded. Registration for this event closes at noon (Pacific) on Jan. 18.
An engineer turned operations maven, Jess brings her right/left brain balance to helping everyone run their businesses better. As a CEO peer advisory leader, she facilitates business owners, founders and CEOs in their leadership development, company growth and decision-making, all focused on improving their business, their families and their communities. As a speaker, Jess brings enthusiasm, energy and a bit of humor to her presentations. Always looking to elevate others’ success, her presentations give practical and simple approaches to gnarly problems. When she’s not presenting, facilitating or writing, you can find her sailing on Puget Sound on the family boat.
