It’s time to reconnect for our first roundtable of 2022 – please join us for a discussion on business travel arrangements. Leaders and team members do not always have time to plan. Wise leaders are aware of this and seek out administrative staff to do their planning for them. Making travel arrangements is a perfect example of the kind of task that requires thorough planning. Preparation is everything. Projects and operations stand or fall by the planning that precedes them. You probably already know that – but business travel arrangements are no exception. COVID is changing the way we travel.  With the world opening back up and the pandemic making travel planning even more essential, this subject is kind of a big deal and one we should chat about.  The pressure can be immense, to not only make it a great experience for your team, but a safe one.
