Join us as Ginny Edwards presents “Standardizing without Limitizing.” Ginny, a Senior Project Administrator at Bernardo Wills Architects, recently led a committee through a standardization process for all company forms. She will share her approach, process, what worked, and lessons learned.  We’ll discuss walking the scary line between unifying people and creating uniformity in work products, without destroying creativity and individual ownership.  And no, limitizing is not a real word.

She works closely with BWA’s Project Management Steering Committee updating protocols, best business practices, and updating and creating forms, contracts, and internal tracking systems. Ginny assists project managers in all phases of our projects, keeping documents and communications moving smoothly, providing version control, and bringing order to the project management process. She is certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors and is a certified instructor with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
