Vincent  has always had a passion for people and how they are managed. He earned an HR –focused degree from Georgia State University while concurrently working in leadership and HR roles at Publix Supermarkets, a retail grocery chain. After his time at Publix, he moved to his current role of Human Resources Manager at Stevens & Wilkinson, performing that role for 4 separate companies. With over 10 years of HR experience, Mr. Lafitte is an expert in policies and procedures administration, compliance, training, onboarding, offboarding, and all other facets of the Human Resources function. In order to expand his knowledge base, Mr. Lafitte also obtained certifications from the Society for Design Firm Administration, the Human Resources Certification Institute, and the Society for Human Resource Management
