More and more of our work is going electronically, and it’s imperative to have best practices in place for electronic document retention as well as physical records.
This discussion will focus on the best tips for document retention, with a particular focus on electronic documents. We’ll discuss issues like how long to keep emails and project files, what to include in emails (and also what not to put in emails!), and what to think about related to document retention in the event of a later claim or litigation. We hope you will take away some tips and best practices to use in your practice.
