The MWBE & Prime Connection: a formula for success or not?
October 17, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
SBE, MBE, WBE – these acronyms are all the rage, but what do they mean? And more importantly, what do they mean for your firm? Are you a small firm looking to promote your services to larger firms? Or wondering how to get in on those government contracts you keep hearing about? Or perhaps you are a large firm, looking to improve your MWBE utilization? Maybe you are just confused about the whole thing and need a good overview of the pros and cons behind being, or working with, MWBE-certified firms.
Join us at dinner on October 17. You’ll learn about the history behind this program, the pitfalls and procedures to working with (or as) MWBEs, and the resources you can take back to the office no matter which side of the table you are on.
No-shows and cancelations after 12:00 PM (Pacific) on October 7 will not be refunded.
5:30 PM: Arrive/networking. 6:00 PM: Welcome/dinner. 6:30 PM: Speaker’s presentation.
If you are outside the greater Seattle, Bellevue, or Tacoma metropolitan area, we have a Virtual Attendance option for you.
