Business Practice Dinner: Let’s Get Focused!
February 16, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Motivating and inspiring teams can take a variety of strategies. Depending upon your position on the team, you might feel that you have little or no ability to make a difference in improving performance.
In this presentation, Randy Barber (Proficio Partners, LLC) will provide tips on how to motivate and inspire teams, whether you are the team leader or a team member. You won’t want to miss hearing Randy highlight the four key areas to maximizing team motivation and performance.
Who is Randy Barber? He is an experienced leader in the A/E/C industry, having spent 35 years in different capacities. He was part of the senior leadership at Olympic Associates/OAC Services from 2003-2016 before moving on to pursue his coaching business. His experience includes assembling, developing, and leading teams for a variety of projects and processes. He is also a certified facilitator for Extreme Leader Workshops.
