Joining SDA certainly has its benefits. One of the things the Seattle chapter is proud of (and really good at) is helping its members maintain their certification status (Certified Design Firm Administrator, aka CDFA). We offer a lot of education over the course of our Board of Directors’ term (which runs May to May). Why, just last year (2015-2016), we offered our members (and the A/E/C community at large) 23.65 continuing education credits (CEUs), and 44% of those were free to our chapter members.

So, in keeping with our tradition of helping our Seattle chapter members grow their personal and professional skills and knowledge (and get their CEUs), we’re offering yet another free, educational opportunity.

Giving Constructive Feedback to Your Coworkers is a pre-recorded webinar that we are sharing exclusively with our Seattle chapter members. What will they learn?

They’ll learn strategies and tactics for figuring out the type of relationship they have, before they attempt to give the feedback. Because if you don’t know the relationship ahead of time, you won’t know what type of approach to take for that feedback to be constructive and result in a positive outcome.
