Annual Chapter meeting, with a moment of gratitude

Join us for a moment of gratitude, followed by our Annual Chapter Meeting.
We’re excited to have Seattle member Georgeanne Smith lead us with a gratitude-based yoga practice you can do at work – no yoga mat required! We will explore ways to reconnect with yourself even on the craziest of days, alleviate stress and shift perspective. Breathwork and gentle postures you can do while seated or standing will be offered to help lengthen and strengthen your body while in the confines of a possibly small, public space. Your guide, Georgeanne, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) and serves as a Director on the Seattle Chapter board. The yoga session will run 30-45 minutes.
After the yoga, it’s on to our Annual Chapter meeting, which is open to all, but only Seattle Chapter members can vote; we’ll be electing our 2022 Board of Directors. The meeting will be fairly quick, approx. 15 minutes. No need to register separately for the yoga or the meeting; we’ll use the same link.
